Wager on Sports baseball betting The All-Star break has arrived, and it’s time to look at Wager on Sports sportsbooks and measure their baseball bets.
Wager on Sports MLB The
MLB Home Run Derby is first on the menu. Going into Monday’s
event, the current field had the house confused as ever, sending
baseball handicappers into a frenzied panic, running home to tell their
wives they may lose their jobs on account of this baseball derby.
You see, they have the unenviable task of making the baseball lines
enticing without getting ripped off, which is difficult in a field as
wide open as this. One thing the folks in Las Vegas are happy
about is the lack of Ichiro, the potential monkey wrench that would
have sent the sportsbook into a tailspin.
Wager on Sports baseball odds Looking at Wager on Sports sportsbook,
you can see the uncertainty in the baseball odds. After David
Ortiz and Andruw Jones, every other hitter is getting close to 5 to
1. Bobby Abreu is getting 7 to 1, and Jason Bay 10 to 1. In
a baseball competition such as this, how much better is Mark Teixera
from Jason Bay or even, dare I say it, Hee Seop Choi? This year,
the MLB baseball HR derby is looking a lot like another derby, that of
the Kentucky variety, where nobody has a clue as to what’s going
on. Does David Ortiz have just as good a chance to win as Jason
Bay? Of course. Probably better. But not 3 to 1
versus 10 to 1 better. We like the longshots here. Throw a
couple bucks down on Rodriguez, the hometown boy, if you want.
Wager on Sports baseball All-Star game For the baseball All-Star game, Wager on Sports internet sportsbook
allows you to bet baseball sides, totals, run lines, and the
alternative run lines. Therefore, we can slice this baseball game
a number of different ways. The over/under is set at 9.5, and
with all All-Star games, the over is always the best bet, especially
since it is getting -105. The Wager on Sports
house has faith in the pitching, but Halladay is out and Rogers is a
headcase waiting to explode. By the way, both of those baseball
players pitch for the American League.
As for the sides, if we
are to take the National League, we can have them to win, lose by one,
or win by 1.5 runs. The “lose by one” scenario only gets you
-190, and thus will be ignored. We want payouts, not pocket
change. The “win by more than 1.5 runs” option only gets you
+155, which compared to the +117 money line, seems pathetic at
best. If you think this is finally the National League’s year,
then put the coin down on the money line.
If you think the
Americans will continue their whipping of the Nationals, then there is
no way to go wrong. The money line is at -127, the 1.5 run line
is at +165, and the 2.5 run line is at +230. In other words, Wager on Sports
sportsbook is pimping out the American League, pointing humongous SALE
signs at the Americans like a stock waiting to plummet. This
raises the spider sense, makes the suspicions grow like cancer.
Which ultimately brings us to our decision. Take the Nationals at
the money line.
